Going out or entertaining at home I've pulled together 8 outfits to inspire your party wear looks for this winter 2022.

The first look is a sophisticated tonal outfit with silver sequins and jewellery. I love the mix of textures, from the herringbone coat, to the satin blouse and the sequin skirt. A silver sequin skirt will look equally lovely and luxe with a nice piece of knitwear. Remember if you style it with a black piece of knitwear then ensure that your footwear is also black and if you use a cream knit then choose a pair of white trainers or a neutral boot or shoe. You could also style this skirt with a simple white t shirt and a denim jacket next spring.

This second outfit mixes fabric again, velvet is a great luxurious take on festive dressing and looks edgy with the faux leather trousers. This would be perfect for a work party or a night out with friends. The velvet top will also work with jeans and the faux leather trousers will be used with so many different pieces from your wardrobe to create outfits, with knitwear, a crisp white shirt, a graphic t shirt, lots of options.

The third outfit uses tones of this seasons hottest colour pink with accessories in gold as a contrast. The knitwear next to the satin is a lovely combination and again both of these pieces can be easily combined with other items from your wardrobe for other occasions. The jumper will look great with denim or even a pair of leather trousers and the skirt will work with a cami and blazer or a simple t shirt in the warmer months.

This fourth outfit is a super glam one. The satin slip dress is a nod to the 90s minimalism trend from the catwalks and looks great teamed with the tuxedo style blazer to finish off the outfit. I have accessorised this with some lovely diamante pieces that are equally as glam and I love the addition of the velvet for the handbag. This blazer will be a staple item in your going out wardrobe and will be perfect worn with denim for a night out with friends.

The autumn winter 2022 catwalks had lots of tailoring including velvet tailoring, which has filtered down to the high street. The burgundy jewel colour of this suit is ideal for the festive season and looks fab with a simple black lace trim cami and gold accessories.

Again using this seasons hottest colour and in a tonal way for this seventh going out outfit. An amazing sequin one shoulder top paired with a simple pair of tailored trousers in the pink. This would be a great outfit for New Year's Eve!

This final outfit ticks off another key trend from this seasons catwalks, the cut out detail. This simple black dress would look great with the shimmer fabric in this blazer from All Saints for the festive season, but will also work all year round as a staple evening dress.
